I feel that any company that wants to hide under the guise of "security" when asked about locations, has more to hide than meets the eye.

When you call their customer service number at 1-800-334-7661, if you do get through, you are told that the call shall be recorded.  This is nonsense and very well might be a violation of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.  A person should have the option to allow or disallow having their conversation recorded.

Then when you ask where corporate headquarters are, they cannot give you that information.  Fact is, it is public information!  So, dear ComEd, here is what the Secretary of State has on you.  We hope it's correct!

When you do not get satisfaction dealing with the so-called customer service, write to the three people mentioned above.  I'm sure that they would love hearing from you, the consumer, as to how their company is fairing in relation to the service they provide.
