In the infinite wisdom of the now renamed Sewer Department, the city of Chicago has finally given its blessing to get the sewers redone in an area that has been flooding for more than 40 years.  This project, by the way, was not paid for with property tax dollars but through Federal monies.  Don't ask the question, "Was all the money that was earmarked for this area actually put in that area?
