I feel that any company that wants to hide under the guise of "security" when asked about locations, has more to hide than meets the eye. When you call their customer service number at 1-800-334-7661, if you do get through, you are told that the call shall be recorded.  This is nonsense and very well might be a violation of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.  A person should have the option to allow or disallow having their conversation recorded.
